Earlier this month, we welcomed colleagues from across our UK sites, and their families, to our 2026 Family Fun Day at Dowty Sports & Social Club in Gloucester.

The annual event brings together employees from across the business for a day of activities, entertainment and fundraising, as part of our commitment to creating a positive and connected workplace culture.

Guests enjoyed a wide range of attractions throughout the day, with something for all ages – a 50-foot inflatable obstacle course, gladiator duels, Beat the Goalie, crazy golf, giant chess, giant Jenga, refreshments and an ice cream truck.

A highlight from last year also made a welcome return: Soak the SLT, with members of the Senior Leadership Team, including CEO Mike Tuffy, VP of HR Dave Griffiths and VP of UK Pete Stevenson, volunteering to get soaked for a great cause. The fundraiser helped raise money for the James Hopkins Trust, a Gloucestershire charity that provides vital support to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions and their families.

The annual Family Fun Day is one of the many ways we invest in our people and demonstrate our commitment to making a positive impact both inside and outside the business.
