The team provides logistics support, vendor-managed inventory programs, JIT (Just-in-Time), process improvement, part design and development, engineering support, testing methods and packaging systems.

Optimas International in Türkiye, led by Baris Avcu and Tayfun Onar, have vast experience in working with OEMs and Tiers across the agriculture, automotive, defence, marine, truck and bus industries, but also has the product and service experience to support other markets with custom-tailored programs to suit customer needs and manage complex operations.
