Pete brings more than two decades of experience with Optimas International, with expertise spanning P&L management, business operations, customer service and business intelligence. Having held a series of leadership roles across the business, he combines deep industry knowledge with a proven track record of driving growth in the UK market.

Having started his career in the Royal Air Force, Pete has a strong foundation in operational discipline and leadership. He later moved into the fastener distribution sector, joining Optimas International and progressing through a number of senior positions across the organisation.

As VP of the UK, Pete leads the organisation’s strategic direction across the region, reinforcing our position in established markets, while driving expansion into growth sectors.

Pete attributes much of his industry knowledge and achievement to the collaborative teams he has worked alongside across Optimas International’s locations. Through this team-first leadership approach and a strong customer-first mindset, he is committed to building sustainable, long-term partnerships, fostering high performing teams and delivering consistent success for customers across the UK.
