Colleagues at our Suzhou office recently came together for a half-year celebration – a chance to recognise the dedication and collaboration that have driven the business forward in the first half of 2026, and to look ahead to the second half of the year.
The celebration opened with remarks from Graeme Bassett, VP – APAC, who reflected on the team’s accomplishments over the past six months. Graeme thanked colleagues for their commitment and hard work this year and acknowledged that this energy and focus is exactly what will carry us successfully through the rest of 2026.
A highlight of the event was the presentation of local recognition awards, celebrating employees whose outstanding performance and contributions have helped fuel the business’s continued growth across the region. These awards reflect the impact of dedication and teamwork and serve as a reminder that every contribution plays an important role in our collective success.
Of course, no celebration is complete without some fun. Colleagues took part in a series of team-building activities, including a challenge, in which teams worked together using clue cards to track down specific items and the colleagues linked to them. The exercise was a brilliant way to help new starters get to know the wider team while strengthening connections between departments.
Events like this reflect the strong sense of community across our international offices. As we move into the second half of the year, the Suzhou team’s celebration is a fitting recognition of the people behind the business’s continued success.
