Kits & Assemblies

Pre-configured kits and assemblies for faster, more efficient production.

Product Description

Optimas International supplies kits and assemblies that bring together pre-grouped components for a specific build, maintenance task or production process.

From maintenance kits to OEM assembly-line supply, we help manufacturers reduce procurement time and the risk of missing parts around an agreed bill of materials.

Application

Product Application

Kits and assemblies are used where multiple components need to be available together for a specific build, installation or maintenance task. Bringing fasteners, seals and other hardware together in one clearly defined kit can simplify assembly, reduce handling and procurement time, and help prevent delays caused by missing components.

Optimas International supplies both one-off maintenance and repair kits and repeat-production kits for OEM applications. We work from your bill of materials (BOM) or component requirements to define the contents of each kit, helping ensure the right parts are supplied together in the required quantities and configuration. Kits can then be packaged and labelled to support straightforward identification and use on the production line or at the point of installation.

Materials and Quality

Materials, Finishes and Quality Matched to the Application

The components within each kit are selected according to the requirements of the finished assembly, with mixed materials used where appropriate. Common materials include steel, stainless steel and engineering plastics, allowing the contents to be matched to factors such as mechanical requirements, environmental conditions and the intended application.

Optimas International manages the specification and supply of the complete kit, ensuring the required components, quantities and configurations are aligned with the agreed bill of materials. Packaging and labelling can be arranged to support quick identification of kit contents, helping reduce the need to cross-reference individual part numbers during assembly, installation or maintenance.

Quality is managed through our ISO 9001 quality processes, with IATF 16949 and PPAP Level 3 documentation available for automotive applications where required. This provides customers with greater confidence in the consistency, traceability and quality of the components supplied within each kit.

By managing the components as a complete kit rather than as separate items, Optimas International helps customers simplify procurement and assembly while maintaining the required material, quality and documentation standards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Optimas International supplies maintenance kits and OEM production kits, bringing together fasteners, seals and other hardware required for a specific build, repair or maintenance task. Kit contents are defined according to the application and agreed requirements.

Kits bring the components required for a specific task together in one ready-to-use package. This can reduce time spent sourcing and preparing individual parts and lower the risk of work being delayed because a required fastener, seal or other component is missing.

Yes. We support both one-off maintenance and repair kits and ongoing OEM production kitting. For repeat requirements, kit contents can be defined against the agreed specification and supplied consistently to support ongoing production.

Yes. Kits can combine different component types and materials according to the requirements of the finished assembly. Common materials include steel, stainless steel and engineering plastics, with the contents selected to suit the application.

Packaging and labelling can be arranged around how the kit will be used, including identification of the kit and its contents. Clear labelling can help production and maintenance teams quickly identify the required parts without having to cross-reference multiple individual part numbers.

Yes. We can work from your BOM, existing specification or defined application requirements to establish the contents of the kit. This allows the required components and quantities to be brought together into a single, clearly defined supply item.

Yes. Kits can be configured for OEM production, scheduled maintenance, repairs and other defined assembly tasks. The contents and packaging can be tailored to how the kit will be used, whether it is supplied as a one-off requirement or as part of an ongoing production programme.
