With more than 30 years of experience in the fastening industry, Graeme has built his career across sourcing, sales, quality, engineering and supply chain leadership. Graeme joined Optimas International in 1992, progressing through a series of strategic sourcing leadership roles before relocating to China in 2007 to establish the company’s Suzhou operation. Under his leadership, the facility has become the foundation for our regional sourcing and distribution capabilities. Since his appointment to VP – APAC in 2014, Graeme has led the continued expansion of the business across the region.

Today, Graeme is responsible for our operations across China, India, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Working closely with customers and suppliers throughout the region, he champions Optimas International’s local-for-local approach, combining local expertise with global resources to deliver resilient, efficient supply chain solutions tailored to market requirements.

His collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of regional manufacturing continue to drive long-term customer partnerships, sustainable growth and operational excellence across APAC.

Since joining Optimas International in 2014, Jerry has played a key role in developing customer relationships and expanding the company’s presence across China and Southeast Asia. With extensive experience in the fastener industry, Jerry combines strong commercial leadership with a detailed understanding of customers’ unique requirements.

Jerry leads key account management, business development, application engineering, customer service and regional marketing, working closely with customers to develop solutions that improve supply chain performance and support long-term growth.
