We are pleased to announce that Hugh McGrath has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, effective from 1 May 2026.
Hugh brings more than two decades of senior financial leadership, with an extensive track record of guiding multi-national organisations through complex transformations and periods of sustained growth. His expertise spans corporate finance, global supply chain optimisation, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and risk management, across the UK, Europe, Asia and the US.
Since joining Optimas International over fourteen years ago, Hugh has been a driving force behind our financial performance and operational discipline. He has brought strong financial leadership, sharp commercial insight and a collaborative approach to every part of the organisation.
In his new role, Hugh will continue to lead our finance organisation, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to deliver our strategic priorities, transformation initiatives and long-term growth ambitions.
